Doesn't plan ahead on how he will pay for the work people put in for him, then continually reschedules the time when he says will pay his employees for his jobs and makes himself scarce when the day comes. Nearly a month later he owes wages on jobs and doesn't work towards making it right, just comes up with excuses so he doesn't have to deal with it, and when it's gone on too long, and employees are sick of playing games waiting for income, they're let go because of the "conflict with authority".
My appointment for having my carpets cleaned was for 9:30 and he arrived and had everything set up to clean by that time. He did a very professional job and cleaned up everything after himself. I will have him come out again.
