Great service, great people, great work! My wife recently moved to the area to start a new job while I was staying back to get our house sold which is located on the other side of the state. Only after her third week into her new job, she hit a deer on her way to work. We were not all that familiar with area businesses yet and I was not able to help much due to the distance between us. But her co-workers recommended St. Croix Auto Body and now we know why. St. Croix Auto Body took a stressful situation and put our minds at ease knowing that we had the right people on the job. After an initial phone call and visit to their shop, they quickly got an estimate going and worked closely with the insurance company. They took care of everything and stayed in contact with us to make sure we knew what was going on at all times. That was really important to us. They got the car in right away and got in done on time with excellent results. It's been about a month since the work was done and I wanted to wait before I wrote a review in case there were any issues that came up. I'm happy to say, there has not been any issues. The quality and craftsmanship are A+. Attention to detail, quality work, communication, friendly, knowledgable staff, are all things that make this place highly recommended. I hope we never need their services again, but if we ever do, we will go back to St. Croix Auto Body! Thank you!
I came to St. Croix Auto Body after I received damage to my 2013 Sonic from an inattentive driver. The other driver's insurance covered the accident. After my first visit to St. Croix Auto Body, which resulted in them taking pictures of the damage, St. Croix Auto Body worked successfully with the other driver's insurance to quickly settle on what the repairs would cost. I dropped my car off and got a ride home from their staff. The car was completed within a week. When I picked it up, it was in perfect condition. They had even cleaned the interior. After completing some paperwork, again, I got assistance with getting the vehicle home. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend St. Croix Auto Body.
My car was keyed so I Took it here. It took them approximately 2 weeks which is understandable because they were busy but when I got the car back all of the painting they had done looked like chicken skin so it had to be returned for them to do it again hoping that they would do it promptly as Winter was coming and my car has a 2 wheel drive sports car that goes into storage for the Winter it still took them 2 or 3 weeks to fix their own mistake. When I got it back the next time there was a Dent in the door that they said may have been caused there by a car accidently hitting it with their door But they were unwilling to repair and it still had some chicken skin but a lot less at this point I was unwilling to use this body shop anymore the fact that they were unwilling to fix their own mistakes and mistakes that they did fix Took them a lengthy amount of time So much so that the 1st snowfall had happened So I had to have my car towed to storage All in all my Experience was very disconcerting. I wouldn't recommend this auto body shop to my worst enemy.
