I brought my 2017 Silverado 3500HD in for the first oil change and they found out that one of the brake calipers was leaking and they had to order the part. I was leaving for a trip to Michigan the next morning at 6:00 am and needed my truck, so they sent a courier to get the part and had my truck ready for me to pick up by 4:30 that same day. Laura seems to really care about her customers and provides me with all the information I need, and a courtesy car while my vehicle is being repaired.. the service technicians are knowledgeable and efficient. And Larry never fails to say hello when he sees me or gives me a ride to work if I don't need a courtesy car. All in all I am happy to have them in my life.
It was okay it just as I came down there with a different reason and ended up with an oil change which was excellent not appreciate their help that they gave me and they explain everything in detail so when my engine light comes on I'll be able to take it back into him thank you bye
